Ovarian cancer is a malignant tumor originating in the ovaries, and is one of the most lethal cancers in the female reproductive system. This dataset provides analytical workflows for DNA, RNA and single-cell samples. Specifically, DNA analysis covers point mutations, structural variations, fusion analysis and copy number variation (CNV) analysis. For RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) analyses, in addition to differential gene expression, it also includes de novo transcript discovery, allele-specific expression analysis, and the interaction between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. Single-cell analysis encompasses cell type identification, intercellular communication analysis, single-cell trajectory analysis and transcription factor analysis.
