资源简介:
The chracterization of interactions between a virus and its live host provide clues as to how these pathogens spread within a population. The identification of changes in the expression of select gene networks at a cellular level will enable the the determination of how a host response to infection. Such changes may indicate stratagies of viral-induced antagonism on host immune processes in select cell types. Data was derived from Influenza infected mouse experiments. Mice were infected for 24 hours with wildtype WSN (H1N1) or a mutant with deficient NS1 functionality and were subsequently euthanized. Lung tissue was harvested and homogenized. Experiments were done in duplicate. Cells were isolated and used in scRNA-seq library preparation (10x Genomics).
