Mikrocensus 1980, 3. quarter: Working Conditions

In this special survey employees are asked questions on their labour conditions; two subjects are the focal point of this survey: conditions at the workplace, i.e. a description of the job and the associated stress: organisation of the work, especially regarding Working Time and breaks.本次专项调查向员工询问其劳动相关状况；本次调查聚焦两大核心主题：其一为职场工作环境，即工作内容描述与相关压力状况；其二为工作组织安排，尤其涉及工作时长与休息时段。
