Irradiation of the parasitic flatworm Fasciola hepatica ablates their neoblast-like proliferative cells. In this study we treated three-week-old in vitro juvenile F. hepatica with 200 grays of radiation and then subjected the samples to extraction and RNAseq 48 hours later.
