This repository contains the supplementary materials for the manuscript “Bulk-optics architectures for a stochastic optical AND gate: nominal behavior, non-idealities, and robustness comparison.”The package provides the complete supporting layer for the results reported in the main article and is organized into sections S1–S9. It includes the unified analytical framework, architecture-specific nominal studies, non-ideal and sensitivity analyses, Monte Carlo robustness evaluation, cross-architecture comparison summaries, and reproducibility-related files.The deposited materials include:the final master supplementary notebook used as the source of all reported results;the corresponding script version;supplementary text sections S1–S9;exported figures and tables used to support the manuscript;CSV and other intermediate data files required for reproducing plots and summary metrics;manifests and package-organization files.The supplementary content is structured as follows:S1: common analytical framework, notation, ideal truth-table logic, and parameter definitions;S2–S3: nominal and non-ideal analysis for the metrology-oriented architecture;S4–S5: nominal and non-ideal analysis for the EO-controlled architecture;S6–S7: nominal and non-ideal analysis for the AOS-based architecture;S8: harmonized cross-architecture comparison;S9: reproducibility and package-consistency layer.These materials are intended to document the modeling workflow, support the figures and conclusions of the manuscript, and enable independent inspection and reproduction of the reported results.
