This dataset depicts the global distribution of seagrasses, consisting of two subsets: occurrence data in the form of points and polygons. It was compiled by the United Nations Environment Programme World Conservation Monitoring Centre (UNEP-WCMC) in collaboration with numerous collaborators, organizations and projects across the globe.
