Study of the changes in gilthead seabream gill glycosylation upon S. chrysophrii infection using liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC/MS). The results were correlated against expression levels of gill glycotransferases, the number of S. chrysophrii parasites, the abundance of 2013Ark19i bacteria in the gill microbiota as well as abundance of acidophilic granulocytes and goblet cells in the gill tissue to contribute to the understanding of this disease and associated problems. The file Fish data.xlsx includes the individual information of the parasite abundance, weight, goblet cell and acidophilic granulocyte quantification, and percentage of abundance of 2013Ark19i in the gill microbiota.  The file Supplementary File 1_Glycan quantification.xlsx includes the individual values of all indetified glycan structures. The file Transferase data.xlsx includes the individual expression levels of the 132 enzymes related to glycosylation identified in the gilthead seabream genome.
