Transcription profiling of mouse wild type and Abcd1 -/- spinal cord over time to study X-Adrenoleukodystrophy (X-Ald) disease progression

X-Adrenoleukodystrophy (X-Ald) disease progression was studied by comparing expression patterns of Abcd1 -/- mouse spinal cords from 3.5, 12 and 22 months of age compared to healthy littermates spinal cords at the same time points.本研究通过对比3.5月龄、12月龄及22月龄Abcd1基因纯合缺失型（Abcd1 -/-）小鼠的脊髓基因表达谱，与同期龄健康同窝小鼠的脊髓基因表达谱，探究X连锁肾上腺脑白质营养不良（X-Adrenoleukodystrophy, X-ALD）的疾病进展过程。
