NRS-10591 | Registers of gold lease applications [Wyalong Warden's Office]

The information given in each register includes: local number of application; date of application; names of applicants; description of lease; area; amount paid; date of notice to survey; name of surveyor; and when sent to the Warden or Department. There is a note in volume 7/7939 that "This register now been done away with, new applications to be entered in new register". This refers to the Register of applications for leases (Mining Act, 1906) (7/7940) in which the last seven entries of 7/7939, numbered 1907/1-1907/7, have been re-entered. (7/7938-39). 2 vols.
