Ripisylve Multiannual Management Plan (PPG)

Hydrographic sections for which ripisylve management and maintenance are planned as part of a Multiannual Management Plan (MMP). It is the cartographic support of the Declaration of General Interest (DIG), a procedure regulated by the Environmental Code (arts L211-7 and R214-89) which allows a public developer to undertake the study, execution and operation of any works, actions, works or installations of a general or emergency nature, aimed in particular at the development and management of water on non-Domanial watercourses, sometimes in the event of a lack of ownership.本数据集涵盖拟纳入多年管理计划（Multiannual Management Plan, MMP）、计划开展河岸植被管理与维护工作的水文断面。该数据集为公共利益申报（Declaration of General Interest, DIG）提供制图支撑。公共利益申报是由《环境法典》第L211-7条与第R214-89条规范的法定程序，允许公共开发主体开展各类公益性或应急性工程、行动及设施的调研、实施与运营工作，尤其可用于非国有河道的水资源开发与管理，在河道权属不明时亦可启用该程序。
