Genetic analysis and traceability of Sunda pangolins in Thailand

The objectives of this research are to analyse the genetic diversity and structure of the Sunda pangolin in Thailand, to explore how Thai pangolins fit within the Southeast Asian phylogeography of the species, and to create reference DNA data of Sunda pangolins in Thailand to help develop tools for tracing the illegal trade and conserving fragmented populations.
