Key training runs and checkpoints for TDA-Repr paper figures (ImageNette, TREC-6, SmolLM)

This deposit contains five experiment directories used to reproduce the three main figures in the manuscript (Figure 1–3 under paper/pictures/). Eachdirectory holds meta.json, metrics.jsonl, checkpoints, and (where applicable) correlation reports and embedding-analysis outputs. See README.txt for exactscript names, CLI commands, and folder-to-figure mapping. The full training/evaluation code lives in the linked software repository; this upload is the frozen run bundle for reproducibility.
