This collection of data accompanies the study: Thang, Truong Le, et al. Deep Spatial Transcriptomic Profiling of Ovarian Clear Cell Carcinoma in the Real-World Setting. (2026). https://doi.org/10.1186/s13048-026-02048-3 Spatial transcriptomic data were collected and processed from an advanced ovarian clear cell carcinoma (OCCC) patient. Specifically: GeoMx DSP (CTA panel): Two tissue samples (ovarian and bladder) were profiled using the NanoString GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler with the CTA panel. The processed data were saved as an RDS object. Xenium (5K panel): Serial sections from the same tissue block (ovarian and bladder) were further analyzed using the 10x Genomics Xenium 5K spatial transcriptomic assay. These data were processed and stored in an H5AD file. Together, these datasets provided complementary spatial profiles across multiple technologies, enabling cross-platform validation and integrative analysis.
