Storey areas in the canton of Zurich

Overview of the level of floor space in the Canton of Zurich. The floor area definition is based on the definition of floor area GF in accordance with the SIA and the eligible floor area in accordance with the Planning and Construction Act (PBG). The survey of floor areas is indirectly derived from legal requirements of the federal government and the canton. The purpose of collecting the floor area reserves is to show which compaction potential is theoretically available in the form of floor areas in the construction zone. By contrast, the floor area inventory is intended to quantify how much floor area has already been realized within the construction zone. A new calculation model will be applied from 2021 onwards, making it difficult to compare the figures with previous years. No data were collected for 2020 for technical reasons.苏黎世州（Canton of Zurich）建筑面积水平概览。本次建筑面积定义依据瑞士建筑师与工程师协会（SIA）制定的建筑面积GF标准，以及《规划与建筑法》（Planning and Construction Act, PBG）所规定的合规建筑面积。本次建筑面积调研数据间接来源于联邦及州层面的法定要求。采集建筑面积储备数据的目的，在于展示建筑区内以建筑面积为载体的理论开发压实潜力。与之相对，建筑面积存量数据则用于量化建筑区内已实际建成的建筑面积规模。自2021年起启用全新计算模型，导致该年度及后续数据与往年数据难以进行横向对比。受技术因素影响，2020年未采集相关调研数据。
