Map of areas in Neighborhood Residential zones served only by low-flow hydrants (with less than 1,000gpm flow rate). This layer is used by Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections (SDCI) to route permits in Neighborhood Residential zoned areas to Seattle Fire Department (SFD) for Plan Review. <div><br /></div><div><div>This layer was last updated in March 2020. Future updates as needed based on Zoning changes and updates to Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) fire hydrant data.</div></div>
