PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF USING TELEMEDICINE IN PRACTICE

At the stage of development of the modern healthcare system, telemedicine is becoming an important tool for optimizing the provision of medical services. It is a set of technologies and methods that provide remote communication between patients and medical personnel, as well as specialists. Telemedicine allows for remote diagnostics, consultations, health monitoring and even treatment. This direction is becoming especially relevant in the context of the uneven distribution of medical resources, the shortage of narrow specialists in rural areas, and global epidemiological threats such as the COVID-19 pandemic. However, there are still unresolved problems in the development of this area: the confidentiality of medical data, the lack of unified protocols, the absence of a common telemedicine platform, and the insufficient training of medical personnel. To solve these problems, a deep analysis and a systematic approach at the state and international levels are necessary.
