Ageing liver RNAseq of C57BL/6 male mice in dietary restricted and an ad libitum diets

45 mice were fed constantly (Ad libitum; AL) while a second group of mice were fed 30% less from month 3 of age (Dietary restricted; DR). Tissues were collected from mice of all groups at 3 and 15 months of age. A group of mice from AL and DR at 12 months were moved to the opposite diet and sequenced at 15 months.
