The purpose of this study was to evaluate the antibiotic susceptibility of 32 S. 1,4,[5],12:i:- isolates from foods (i.e., chicken, pork, dried bummelo) and clinical sources (i.e., human feces), and to reveal the molecular typing, antibiotic resistance genes, and plasmid replicon types of these isolates by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) and whole genomic sequencing (WGS).
