PID2020-113790RB-I00 data set: confocal microscope image stacks for TFM experiments
收藏资源简介:
This data set includes three Leica files containing 3D confocal microscopy images of breast cancer cells embedded in collagen hydrogels at three differents concentrations: 0.8 mg/ml, 1.5 mg/ml and 2.3 mg/ml. Each file provides 9 to 12 images of individual cells, captured at two different time points: before and after adding a cytoskeleton inhibitor. These images are essential for calculating the quantitative forces exerted by the cells during Traction Force Microscopy (TFM) experiments [1]. This data set requires WinRAR software to decompress and an image analysis software, such as Fiji or ImageJ, to visualize .lif files. Once opened, the data is organized into "Pre" and "Post" categories, which correspond to the respective time points of acquisition, and is also divided in three distinct channels: C1= cell channel C2= beads channel (fluorescent microspheres) C3= white light [1] P.
