We calculated the pairwise β-diversity and its tow components (species turnover and nestedness), plant species richness (S), stem abundance (SA), stand basal area (SBA), plant size variation (PSV) based on the vegetation survey. At the same time, we collected topsoil samples for plots then brought them to lab to measure soil physicochemical properties. And for the climate variables, we extracted them from the Terraclimate dataset.
