Dataset in support of thesis titled "Numerical Study of Transient Response in Amperometric and Potentiometric Glucose Biosensors"

This dataset contains: 1-.gif files containing animations for the reaction-diffusion simulations for different input variables. Animation Created in MATLAB R2022a. 2-.gif files containing animations for the 3D Case diagram created in Wolfram Mathematica 13.1. 3-.m files containing MATLAB code for the readers to reproduce the simulations. Files titled "ND_PS_EK_PencilE_SubStep_v3.mlx" and "Fit_PS_PencilE_Caller.mlx" are associated with Chapter 4.
