data collection for [FLAT_]UNAGI with splitting procedure

UPDATE [17 Oct 2023]: there is a bug in ldfeke.F90, please do not use that (see ver. 2 for a fix) ========================= Data for "Energetic scale-awareness in an eddy energy constrained mesoscale eddy parameterization". Contains NEMO modification files for "splitting" procedure algorithm input and config files for the idealised configuration ("UNAGI" and "FLAT_UNAGI") sample data to reproduce plots in the paper some supplementary data from "UNAGI" and "FLAT_UNAGI" Files collected in different zip files to avoid the need to download the whole pack in one go (e.g. if only the "splitting" algorithm source files are desired).
