Gene expression data from endothelial cells isolated from DNFB-treated ears of mice with inducible endothelial-specific overexpression of constitutively active Notch1 intracellular domain

Notch1 is a key regulator of endothelial cell behaviour. This experiment was designed to identify genes regulated by Notch1 signaling in inflammatory activated mouse endothelial cells. NICD1-iEC-OE mice were treated with 5 daily tamoxifen injections to promote endothelial-specific overexpression of constitutively active Notch1 intracellular domain and used in the DNFB-induced contact hypersensitivity model. Endothelial cells (CD31+ CD45- Ter119-) were isolated from DNFB-treated ears by flow cytometry and submitted for transcriptional analysis.
