Copy of 100k F1 yeast segregant genotype-phenotype data

This release accompanies the pub, Interpretable neural networks reveal global epistasis in yeast. It includes genotype and phenotype data for ~100,000 yeast F1 segregants across 18 growth conditions. The underlying genotype–phenotype data were originally generated by Nguyen Ba et al. (2022), and hosted here. We previously downloaded and processed this data into more convenient file formats (as described here). We are uploading a copy of this processed dataset here to ease reproducability of our work.
