RNA-seq to compare gene expression profiles between WT and ZBTB17 knockdown cells

ZBTB17 knockdown HeLa cells and WT HeLa cells were prepared for RNA-sequencing, 3 independent biological replicates were performed. Overall design: HeLa cell was infected with shZBTB17 or shNT for 2 days, then treated with puromycin for 4 days for knockdown selection. The cells were then prepared for RNA-seq experiments.
