该数据来源于昌黎县数政局，产生于使用单位提交登记申请，审核车辆及单位资质后录入系统生成数据。包含使用单位名称，社会信用代码等，用于对场（厂）内专用机动车辆的使用安全监察、企业特种设备安全管理台账建立。
This dataset is sourced from the Changli County Bureau of Digital Government Affairs. It is generated after receiving registration applications submitted by user entities, and inputting relevant data into the system following the verification of the special purpose motor vehicles and the qualifications of the entities. The dataset includes information such as the name of the user entity and its unified social credit code, and is used for safety supervision of the operation of special purpose motor vehicles within factory or yard premises, as well as the establishment of safety management ledgers for special equipment of enterprises.
