To investigate the role of PexRAP/ADHAPR in adipose tissue, we use adiponectin-driven Cre recombinase to delete Dhrs7b, the gene which encodes PexRAP/ADHAPR, from all adipose depots. This study assays gene expression in subcutaneous adipose tissue (iWAT) of 8 week old chow-fed male mice. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of iWAT tissue from either cre-negative (control) or cre-positive (PexRAP-AKO) male chow-fed mice

为探究PexRAP/ADHAPR在脂肪组织中的生物学功能,我们利用脂联素驱动的Cre重组酶(Cre recombinase),在所有脂肪垫中特异性敲除编码PexRAP/ADHAPR的Dhrs7b基因。本研究针对8周龄正常饲料喂养的雄性小鼠的皮下脂肪组织(iWAT)开展基因表达检测。我们基于从Cre阴性(对照组)与Cre阳性(PexRAP-AKO)正常饲料喂养雄性小鼠的iWAT组织中获取的RNA-seq数据,完成了基因表达谱分析。
