Combined list of functional clusters.

Table lists the functional clusters, from four networks 5, 10, 25, and 50, identified through correlation analysis using bacterial, fungal, and combined datasets [30]. Differentially expressed transcripts were selected by comparing each treatment group to the mock, as well as the combined treatment groups to the mock. These genes were then used to perform correlation analysis, resulting in the generation of functional clusters. (XLS)
