Australian Cereal Rust Control Program - RFLP Marker Test Workbooks 1994-2023

DNA marker results from Restricted Fragment Length Polymorphism (RFLP) tests for leaf rust and stem rust, conducted as part of the Australian Cereal Rust Control Program by the University of Adelaide during 1994-2023.The zip file <i>RFLP Gel Books.zip</i> contains the digitised laboratory notebooks for the RFLP marker test results (mostly available in PDF form for each book, but with Book 8 available as scanned page .jpg images instead). For convenience, the workbook files contained in the zip file are all listed in <i>files.txt</i>.
