Digital Archive from an Archaeological Evaluation at Moreton Valence Solar Farm, Gloucestershire, August to September 2023

This collection consists of images, spreadsheets, GIS and site record data from an archaeological evaluation by Cotswold Archaeology. Work occurred on land at Moreton Valence Solar Farm, Gloucestershire, in August and September 2023.This phase of evaluation trenching identified archaeological features, predominantly linear or curvilinear in form, in each of the four fields comprising the northern parcel of the site.Where features could be dated, recovered finds indicated activity in the Late Prehistoric and Roman periods.
