Agreement between two large pan-cancer CRISPR-Cas9 gene dependency datasets

These files provide the supplementary data supporting Dempster et al., "Agreement between two large pan-cancer CRISPR-Cas9 gene dependency datasets." They represent the results of two genome-scale CRISPR-Cas9 screens performed in cancer cell lines by the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT and the Wellcome Sanger Institute. Readcount data for the 147 cell lines and 16,733 genes screened independently by both institutes were collected and analyzed for agreement. For file descriptions, see README.
