ROC curve data used to validate CoPub Discovery - This supplementary table contains the raw data of the ROC curve analysis to validate CoPub Discovery for Disease-Gene, Drug-Disease and Drug-Biological Process hidden relationships, for several B-node inclusion criteria. The true positive rate (TPR) was calculated as: TPR = TP/TP+FN, and the false positive rate (FPR) was calculated as: FPR = FP/FP+TN (TP = True positive, FN = False negative, FP = False positive and TN = True negative).
