Vindija 87 nuclear DNA sequences

We generated a total of 1.3x genomic coverage for the Vindija 87 Neandertal. These data were generated from single-stranded DNA libraries using the bone powder that has been treated with 0.5 hypochlorite solution prior to extraction. The library A9121 has been treated with the combination of E.coli uracil-DNA-glycosylase (UDG) and E. coli endonuclease VIII (Endo VIII), whereas the other two libraries (A9228 and A9348) have been produced without this enzymatic treatment. This release contains all sequences longer than 35 base pairs (bp) aligned to the human reference genome GRCh37 (ftp://ftp.1000genomes.ebi.ac.uk/vol1/ftp/technical/reference/phase2_reference_assembly_sequence/), and PCR duplicates were removed using bam-rmdup (version: 0.6.3; https://bitbucket.org/ustenzel/biohazard).
