MALDI-MS spectra_external validation of the GA model

MALDI mass spectra from hemolymph of individually challenged honey bees with either <i>Micrococcus luteus</i> or <i>Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp. carotovorum</i> strains and unchallenged control honey bees. These spectra were used to evaluate the capability of the GA model to classify correctly individual bees with respect to the biological models i.e. infected with <i>P. carotovorum subsps. c.</i> and <i>M. luteus</i> and controls bees.
