This dataset comprises Weibull parameter values for 5 km x 5 km grid cells across the Komsberg Renewable Energy Development Zone, each identified by its longitude and latitude (in a separate Excel file). It served as the foundation for the mini-dissertation titled 'Cluster-weighted models and their relevance in clustering wind resource data for a renewable energy development zone: a South African case study'.
