To examine innate immune signalling, IFN baseline and IRF-regulation, we profile Pteropus alecto bat kidney epithelial cells (PakiT03) with Deep NGS coverage. Clonal cell lines were also isolated with CrispR KO for IRF1, IRF3, IRF7, IFNAR2 or IFNAR2/IRF7 double KO. Overall design: IFNα Treatment at 0h, 3h, 6h, 9h, polyIC treatment at 0h, 6h, 9h, or infection with Melaka Virus (PRV3M) for 0h, 9h, 24h timepoints. In wildtype or IRF1/3/7 KO cells (for ifna) or IRF1/3/7, IFNAR2 and IFNAR2/IRF7 KO cells for pIC and PRV3M.
