To determine the downstream molecular mechanism of PRLX-93936, we performed systematic proteomic profiling of cells treated with PRLX-93936, erastin, or JWZ-8-103. Results include global proteome profiling, ubiquitylation proteomics, and proximity labeling proteomics enabling comparison of drug-induced changes across modalities.
