We report the changes in miRNA expression in the renal cortex od the PCK rats fed diets with different sodium content Overall design: 6 week old PCK (PCK/CrljCrlPkhd1pck/CRL) rats were fed a 0.01%, 0.4% or 4% NaCl diet from Dyets, Inc ad libitum for 8 weeks. Renal tissue was isolated at the end of the protocol after kidney flush, cortex was snap-frozen and subjected to miRNA analysis.
