This BioProject presents transcriptomic profiling of male and female pupae of Callipogon relictus. RNA-seq was conducted on six representative tissues (mandible, maxillary palpus, foreleg, midleg, elytra, and hindwing) to identify differentially expressed genes and functional pathways underlying sex-specific development. The dataset enables comparative analysis of tissue-specific gene expression and the discovery of candidate genes contributing to sexual dimorphism in this species.
