Mice were either primed with sucralose for 2 weeks or kept on control diet prior to injecting MC38 melanoma subcutaneously. Mice continued their respective diets and were either treated with anti-PD-1 therapy or not and stool samples were collected at days 0, 14 (diet-treated), 28, and 38 for shallow shotgun sequencing.
