Transcriptome of Dp1Tyb and wild-type mouse hippocampus

Purpose: to identify the effects of the Dp1Tyb mutation on the transcriptome of mouse hippocampus RNAseq libraries were prepared from RNA isolated from whole hippocampi. Libraries were prepared from total RNA using the TruSeq Stranded mRNA Sample Prep Kit (Illumina) by the Advanced Sequencing Facility, The Francis Crick Institute. Libraries were sequenced (75bp paired end) on the Illumina Hiseq 4000.研究目的：明确Dp1Tyb突变对小鼠海马体转录组的影响。本研究从完整小鼠海马体中分离总RNA以构建RNA测序文库，文库构建由弗朗西斯·克里克研究所高级测序中心采用Illumina公司的TruSeq Stranded mRNA样本制备试剂盒完成。随后使用Illumina Hiseq 4000测序平台进行75bp双端测序。
