The goal of this project is to identify SNP loci between two castor bean accessions and to identify imprinted genes in their reciprocal hybrid endosperms.
Gene expression from five tissues (leaf,root,seed1,seed2 and endosperm）in castor bean was identified by DGE （digital gene expression tag profiles) sequecing.
