To understand the acquired resistance mechanism in DLBCL the cell lines (OCI-Ly1, Oci-Ly10 and HBL-1) were treated with Ibrutinib over time to generate resistant clone. Overall design: The gene expression profile was measured in parental and Ibrutinib resistant clones after 8 months. All the gene expression data for parental is labeled in triplicate marked (A-C) and for the ibrutinib resitance is labeled as (Res).
