Effect of enrichment of European beech forests with conifers on fungal communities

Mineral and organic soil from 3 forest sites (Beech monoculture (Plot ID_3.3), Douglas monoculture (Plot ID_3.1) and Beech-Douglas mixed (Plot ID_ 3.2)) are incubated in climate chamber with EM treatment ( mesh bag with ectomycorrhizal fungi treated with glucose), SAP treatment (saprotrophic fungi treated with glucose), GLC treatment (Control treated with glucose-without a fungi in the mesh bag) and Control treatmnet (No treatment with no glucose addition and no fungal addition). All the above 4 teatments were replicated 4 times and harvested after 3 months. Pre and post incubation soils are analysed in the experiment
