Stem cell memory-like CD8+ CAR-T cells can be induced by co-culturing activated CD8+ CAR-T cells with OP9 feeder cells that express the Notch ligand, human Delta-like 1 (OP9-hDLL1), which we named CAR-iTSCM. CAR-iTSCM cells showed superior proliferative capacity, better resistance to cell death, in vivo persistence, and more potent antitumor effects compared with conventional CAR-T cells
