Mitochondrial Genome of Acorus tatarinowii

Acorus tatarinowii Schott is a well-known traditional Chinese medicinal plant with high medicinal value. The species chloroplast genome has been reported, its mitochondrial genome (mitogenome) is still unexplored. So, we assembled the complete mitochondrial genome of A. tatarinowii, our results will enrich the mitochondrial genome resources of Acoraceae and provide valuable information for further research of monocots early adaptation to wetland or aquatic habitats.
