通过采集、分析国内堆垛机的知识产权相关数据,对数据按专利权利人进行归集,统计企业及个人在堆垛机中拥有的专利总数和专利布局情况和堆垛机整体现有专利分布数据,了解国内堆垛机企业及个人的专利大致情况,计算得到针对不同类型知识产权的数量及占比,以帮助堆垛机研发生产的企业进行知识产权战略制定和申请指导。1、数据采集:通过区域、专利的IPC分类号、专利名称、关键字等信息,由第三方知识产权检索网站检索,对国内堆垛机相关的授权和审核中的发明专利、实用新型、外观专利的信息进行采集。2、数据处理:对采集到的原始数据进行处理,通过去除重复和有缺失的数据,对数据进行清理分类。3、数据计算:对采集的数据按专利权利人进行归集,统计该专利权利人和国内堆垛机整体的专利总数,及各类型专利的数量,发明专利数量/专利总数=发明专利占比,实用新型数量/专利总数=实用新型占比,外观专利数量/专利总数=外观专利占比。4、数据应用:根据企业各类专利的比例范围与堆垛机整体中各类专利占比情况相比较,了解企业专利布局情况,并为企业后续申报专利类型提供指导方向,为不同规模的企业进行知识产权战略制定和申请指导,合理布局专利。
This dataset is developed by collecting and analyzing intellectual property (IP)-related data of domestic stackers, aggregating the data by patent assignee, counting the total number of patents and patent layout status owned by enterprises and individuals in the stacker field, as well as the overall existing patent distribution data of domestic stackers. It aims to understand the general patent situation of domestic stacker-related enterprises and individuals, calculate the quantity and proportion of different types of intellectual property, so as to help enterprises engaged in R&D and production of stackers formulate intellectual property strategies and receive patent application guidance.
1. Data Collection: Relevant information including region, IPC classification number of patents, patent title and keywords was retrieved from third-party intellectual property retrieval websites to collect data on granted and pending invention patents, utility model patents and design patents related to domestic stackers.
2. Data Processing: The collected raw data is processed by removing duplicate and missing records, and cleaning and classifying the data.
3. Data Calculation: The collected data is aggregated by patent assignee, and the total number of patents of the assignee and the overall domestic stacker-related patents, as well as the quantity of each type of patent are counted. The proportion of invention patents is calculated as (number of invention patents / total number of patents), the proportion of utility model patents as (number of utility model patents / total number of patents), and the proportion of design patents as (number of design patents / total number of patents).
4. Data Application: By comparing the proportion range of each type of patents of an enterprise with the overall proportion of each type of patents in the stacker field, the patent layout of the enterprise can be clarified. This dataset provides guidance for enterprises to select subsequent patent application types, formulate intellectual property strategies and provide application support for enterprises of different scales to achieve reasonable patent layout.
