CURRENT STATUS, CHALLENGES, AND PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SCHOOL SPORTS CLUBS IN UZBEKISTAN

This paper presents a scientific analysis of the organization and functioning of sports clubs in general secondary schools of Uzbekistan. The findings indicate that the activities of school sports clubs are often unsystematic, while material, technical, and pedagogical resources remain insufficient. Based on the results of a questionnaire survey, the study substantiates the necessity of implementing innovative management approaches, pedagogical integration, and motivational mechanisms to enhance the development of school sports clubs.
