Benidorm model wind tunnel tests at UPM-IDR

This dataset contains the results of wind tunnel testing of a selected area of the city of Benidorm, Spain, which was selected as the main target site of project MODERA. UPV selected this area since it acts as an "urban lab" inside the EU project U-ELCOME (GA 101079171), and thus, UAS flight testing is performed in the zone. The geometry of the model was reconstructed from public data by UPV, and then UPM-IDR was contracted to build the physical model and test it in their wind tunnel. The same model was later tested at UPV's wind tunnel, and both results were used to validate the numerical simulation of the urban flow pattern carried out by UPV during MODERA.
