With the aim of test the effect of changes in microbial diversity in the structure and composition of the microbial communities associated with hydrogen-producing bioreacrtors, we performed an experiment with two treatments with 12 replicates each. The two treatments differed in microbial diversity (high vs low diversity). We described the microbial composition and structure in 10 time-points and infered an ecological interactions network for each treatment.
